I had a few estimates before i called Tony with Diamond Creek, He was the only one to mention i needed to have the property survey paperwork in order for him to pull the permit. I felt very comfortable with Tony before he even can out for the estimate. Tony is a very nice guy that i would recommend to anyone. I had him come back to trim out the interior of the new egress window, no other company does that, normally you need to call a carpenter after the egress window is installed for trimming and paint. When Tony says he'll be at your house at a certain day and time he means it, never rescheduled and was never late. Just an all around great experience. Thanks Tony.
